What is Angel Bags Project?

Angel Bags began in 2001 by getting 32 gifts sent to Central Mexico.  It has grown so since then, last year we gave out almost 2800 bags. That brought 2800 smiles to kids faces.  

SOAR Ministries works with Bethshean Mexico Mission to bring those smiles to kids in Central Mexico.  Most of these children will not receive anything for Christmas except an Angel Bag.  We drive from Georgia all the way to Central Mexico with volunteers and trailers.  Each day we are able to go to different villages, schools, churches that has been selected by Bethshean. 

The children must attend the entire program which consist of:  selected children acting out the Christmas Story, listening to a short story about Jesus and His Salvation, then they make a card for their caregiver, and then they get to stand in line to received a small gift for their caregiver and their Angel Bag.
